Solution For Radiator Water Spraying

When starting the engine or increasing the throttle to increase the engine speed, coolant is spraying from the radiator filling port. The main reason is that there are large blisters or cracks in the cylinder gasket or cylinder liner and head. This is because the pressure of the compressed air or gas in the cylinder is greater than the pressure of the coolant in the cooling water channel during the engine working.

At this time, the gas will be pressed into the engine waterway through the damage of the cylinder gasket or the larger sand holes or cracks in the cylinder liner or head. Forcing the coolant in the engine water channel to spray out from radiator filling port.At the same time, the engine may be difficult to start or unable to start, engine shake, power drop, exhaust pipe spraying water or white smoke and other faults. When checking, the cylinder-breaking method can be adopted. The high-pressure oil pipes  and solenoid valves of each cylinder can be disconnected separately.

Observe the water spraying from the radiator filling port when the engine is working. Determine which cylinder has the problem. When a cylinder is broken, the water injection of the radiator filling port is significantly reduced or there is no water spraying, which means the cylinder has appeared the cylinder pad or cylinder liner head with large sand holes or cracks.
