Add Coolant To The Generator Radiator

1. Adding coolant to the cooling system, make sure that the drain cover is closed and the drain plug is in the correct position.

2. Do not add coolant to the system too quickly to avoid the formation of air bubbles in the system.

3. The air must be exhausted through vents or filling holes. If the heater is connected to the generator cooling system, the heater control valve should be opened and the generator should be ventilated during the injection process.

4. When injecting coolant, the liquid level should reach 5cm below the welding surface of the filler plug.

5. After filling the coolant, pay attention to starting and preheating the generator. At the same time, check the coolant level and add it if necessary.

6. Shall add the coolant same as the original cooling system.

In addition, pay attention to cleaning the outside of generator radiator, remove the radiator cover, clean the radiator with water and neutral detergent, and clean it with a soft brush. In addition, be careful not to damage the radiator, and do not use a high-pressure gun to clean the radiator.
